I have lived with a Boxer since l was 5 years old when my dad rescued a Red Dog who he found tied up in a Banana Warehouse at the Old Covent Garden fruit and vegetable market in London. My dad picked me up and told me he had brought me a puppy home. I imagined a fluffy little one, when all of a sudden this huge thing with swinging, dribbling chops came bombing up the stairs !!! After the intial shock we became the best of friends and he slept with me on the bed, under the duvet with his head on the pillow for the next 12 years !!!!
 
 
ME AGED 5 WITH MY FIRST BOXER

I bought my first show Boxer 'Tyegarth Cup of Kindness', a 'Tyegarth Famous Grouse' daughter in 1983 from Sheila Cartwright. She did quite well qualifying for Crufts and getting her Stud Book Number. Then l went back to Sheila and bought 'Tyegarth Foggy Dew', the most gorgeous puppy l had ever seen, she was an absolute darling and l adored her. She did really well and she missed her Junior Warrant by 1 point.

I mated her to 'CH.Glenfall The Gladiator' and kept a bitch 'Gemelia Adorable Aimee' she won numerous Best Puppy in Breed Awards, her Junior Warrant in style at 13mths and qualified for Crufts for 3 years consecutively.

Maisie was my first Red and White and truely was the love of my life, such a character, she
was the one l loved to love and we were devoted to each other, her life cut short by a road
accident aged 5, l still miss her today.
